Boyna Bear
Boyna has spent his career in the youth development space. Whether coaching soccer at collegiate and club levels, working to improve soccer within the tribal communities, or serving on boards to help improve the curriculum and educational settings for tribal and non-tribal schools, he has cultivated healthy and trusting partnerships to explore and create new ways of creating incredible opportunities for our youth. He has also spent the last few years as a Rehabilitation Director better understanding the power of positive life coaching and mental guidance to help injured adults return to the workplace quicker and safer.
Fun fact about Boyna: He completed the Camino de Santiago Pilgrimage “Way of Saint James”, which is a 4 to 6 week exploration of religion and culture.

Nina Felt
Nina has spent over 12 years as a life and professional coach, specializing in youth and young professionals. From helping younger children overcome previous behavior choices, working with foster children and families, or providing guidance and direction to new college graduates embarking on career exploration and changes, she has a strong belief that everyone needs a support person who will truly listen and challenge them without judgment. She is available for in-person or remote sessions, as her clients live in her hometown and across the globe. She is also a keynote speaker for not-for-profit organizations helping youth.
A fun fact about Nina is she moved every two years as a child. She moved 11 times before she graduated high school.
